Want more control? Visit your Settings page to choose exactly who can text you, set active hours for notifications, and save contact shortcuts.

Any time

  • OFF Turn off email notifications.
  • ON Turn email notifications back on.
  • BALANCE Check your account balance.

When notified of a new email

  • Y Read the email that triggered the notification.
  • I Browse your inbox instead.
  • N Compose a new email instead.

Browsing your inbox

  • 1-5 Open the message at that position in the list.
  • D See older messages (next page).
  • U See newer messages (previous page).

Reading an email

  • R Reply to the sender only.
  • RA Reply to everyone on the original email (reply-all).
  • RL List who a reply-all would go to.
  • I Browse your inbox.
  • N Compose a new email.

Composing a message

  • X Cancel the message you’re composing.
  • K Keep a long subject line as-is.
  • S Send the message.
